I am very fortunate in that my children enjoy a bedtime story, a lunchtime story & we enjoy creating our own stories; It stimulates the imagination.

R enjoys rhyming stories; Shark In The Park is a definite favourite at the moment. L enjoys books involving fairies & is currently reading Saffron The Yellow Fairy & T is an avid Harry Potter fan.

R is only three but is very interested in letters at the moment, he recognises M for Mummy, B for Bus & C for Cat, so we decided to borrow some Early Readers books from the library to encourage more letters & learning very easy words. We found some great titles such as “Go, Go, Go!” & “Digger Don.” R also enjoys watching Alphablocks on CBeebies which is another fab resource.

What books do you enjoy reading as a family?
